But let’s face it, plain water isn’t always what you crave, and it’s not that groovy to serve it at your summertime gatherings- so we’re here to help. This week sees the beginning of a two-part blog, in which we share some of our fave summer beverages with you, that are easy to rustle up, and taste delicious. We hope you enjoy them!
Strawberry blast cocktail:
- Take 4 cups of strawberries, and puree them. Once they’re nice and mushy, strain them to remove the seeds.
- Splash in 2 cups of lemonade, along with 3.5 cups of cranberry juice, mixed with ½ cup of cold water from your under sink chiller.
- Add ginger ale to taste, and serve in cool glasses with ice if desired! A slice on lime on the side of the glass also adds an extra summery feel.
