Sometimes, after a long, hard day at work, all you want to do is curl up on the sofa with pizza, crisps, chocolate, and of course a nice cup of tea made from your under sink chiller, deliciously hot, tasty and fresh. Lovely. But all this isn’t quite right if there isn’t anything decent on the telly, or indeed if you’re aimlessly channel surfing trying to find the good stuff. Things that drinking water can help with (part 2)

Feeling more energised: It can be difficult to find the energy to get through the day, particularly during these long, dark winter months. Drinking around eight glasses of water a day, filled up from your under sink water chiller, will help boost your energy levels and make everything less of a struggle. So get slurping!

Headaches: Many of us resort to taking pain killers when it’s relatively unnecessary. Next time you find yourself reaching for the paracetamol when your head is aching, try drinking water instead and see if it makes any difference. Chances are you’re dehydrated. Of course, if it persists, seek medical advice.

Meditation and time out: Taking a few minutes at regular intervals throughout the day, to fill your glass and stand at the under sink water chiller staring into space can really help bring your focus back to work, and to the day ahead of you. The brain works in forty minute time slots, and concentrating for longer than that means that your productivity is not at its maximum. So keep filling that glass!

You’ll recognise them because: She giggles a lot, and thinks everything is terribly exciting.
Favourite watery fact: She is continually amazed that she can make a cup of tea with water from a tap attached to the sink. Like we say, she’s easily amused.

You’ll recognise them because: He sounds very important when he answers the phone- and that’s because he is important, being the boss and all.
Favourite watery fact: Likes to surround himself with bottles of water/glasses of water whilst he works. Something about calming, relaxing energy and harmony…

Favourite watery fact: Loves sparkling water, and gets through about 2 litres of the stuff a day. It’s quite astonishing.

The Four Seasons and their Chilled Water

As we are all jolly good chums at Undersink Chillers.com, a couple of our most treasured employees recently embarked on a small trip to Turkey, a land of kebabs, baklava, freshly squeezed orange juice, and stunning scenery. With all that delicious food around, they needed a good fix of water, in plentiful supply and very often. Taking the cheaper option and staying in hostels all along the way, our happy campers found themselves staying in extremely close proximity of the Four Seasons Hotel in Istanbul. Unable to contain their curiosity, they found themselves being welcomed inside by the doorman, where they experienced beauty they could never have imagined…
The hotel had adopted the ingenious idea of taking water from their under sink water chiller and placing pieces of fruit in a large container, with the water, in the foyer. This provided a delicious, refreshing beverage for everyone walking through, and a welcome relief from the heat.
If you’re feeling frazzled, even in this cold weather, why not try something similar? We recommend cut up strawberries, nectarines, lemons or fruits of the forest to make tasty and unique difference to your water.
